Before I turned 30, I was fired from five of seven jobs. I couldn't play in the same sandbox with my peers or bosses. I had to find another way to make a buck. 

At the age of 30, I launched my first promotion marketing agency inside a dark, musty storage room. I started with nothing but the hunger and vision to creatively change the world…and so I did. I became a serial entrepreneur.
 
I founded three multimillion-dollar advertising, promotion, and branded entertainment agencies. Along the way, I created cutting-edge, innovative strategic projects for dozens of global iconic brands -- resulting in multibillion-dollar sales and paradigm shifts. The amazing journey continues today. 
 
Luna Bacardi Group, the first agency that I launched and sold, became one of the largest privately held agencies in the world. That was just the start.
